Manufactured from a PTFE-based fiber with a high duty lubricant. Can be used with end rings of Arolan 6215, Alchem 6375, new Flexalon 6250 or similar.

Application Use
  • Applications with abrasive medias, eg. Pulp & Paper
  • Refiners, pumps, agitators, mixers and kneaders

  • High density (Minimized leakage)
  • Reduced frictional force (Less wear and tear on equipment)
  • Shorter fibre length compared with other injecable packings (More homogenous & easier to install)
  • Often not necessary to dismantle, refurbish or replace worn shafts (Minimized downtime)
